Our Company Spartan Personal Training is an Athletic One, Spartan Boot Camp reflects our Club therefore is designed in a way that pushes you harder than you would normally push yourself.
We won’t be pushing you for no reason, we are here for results. Whether it be AESTHETIC goals or ATHLETIC goals AKA looking better or performing better you will get both because “if you want to look like an athlete you must train like one”.
Sessions include exercises and challenges that are team effort, paired effort and individual effort. Challenges involving leadership and problem solving are included, all designed to strengthen body and mind.
Each program is designed to work on a different area of fitness so do your best not to miss a session. Health and Fitness is a complicated beast and requires planning and preparation… that’s where we come in.
Not only does it work but and it work fast, but only if you put in the effort. We are not expecting anybody to perform above what they are physically capable of, we don’t expect anybody to train like a full time soldiers when they’re not. What we are going to do is learn new skills, make many positive changes to our bodies and have some fun doing it.
